In Printbox, we are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679, dated April 27th, 2016. This privacy statement explains when and why we collect personal information, how we use it, the conditions under which we may disclose it to others and how we keep it secure. Personal Information We Collect

We collect information from you, such as name, company, country, email address and phone number, when you send us a message. Giving us your name, e-mail address and company is necessary to answer your query and to provide you with the service and/or contract. We collect your e-mail address and your name when you send us your CV, and only e-mail address when you subscribe to our newsletter. We collect your data when you interact with us in person, through correspondence, by phone, by social media, or through our websites.

When you use our website, we collect information about how you use the site. This helps us to make our website easier to use and the content more useful.

Printbox Demo

When you use our demo e-commerce and create not anonymous projects, we collect information such as name, email address and date of birth. This (and any other information you could input in the process) you will provide us is for the purpose of creating an account for test orders and to check how our system looks like from customers' perspective. We are not using this data anyhow.

Apart from mentioned above, we may collect, store and use the following kinds of personal information:

Information about your computer and about your visits to and use of this website (including your IP address, geographical location, browser type, referral source, length of visit, entry & exit points and number of page views).

Due to the need to prevent Internet robots from performing certain functions on the demo e-commerce, we use the Google reCAPTCHA mechanism that is checking whether someone's behavior looks like robots. In this case, we may disclose your IP address to Google LLC.

We use cookies and analytics technologies to gather usage and performance information about our web page. This information helps us analyze our website usage and web page performance.

If you sign up for marketing, we'll use your information to make that marketing relevant. If you sign up to an event, we'll use your information to keep you up to date with that event (like webinars or demo presentations), and if you send us a contact request we will use your information to answer this enquiry. Printbox maintains a strict opt-in policy in regard to its email communications. We only send email to individuals who have subscribed or as part of an ongoing relationship we have with an individual or business.

Your right to control what communications, if any, you receive from Printbox is important to us.

Though we may include announcements from partners or other third parties in some communications, we do not provide email addresses to third parties.

You can update your communications preferences at any time by following the convenient links located at the bottom of our emails. Requests submitted in this manner are processed and effective immediately.

You may email gdpr@getprintbox.com with your unsubscribe request. Please be aware that unsubscribe requests submitted in this manner will take longer to process and will not be effective immediately.

Other email notifications

The following types of communications do not have the unsubscribe option due to the nature of the subject matter.

Transactional emails: This includes acknowledgement of information requests, lifecycle emails where a recipient has signed up to an event or webinar or requested a demo, and sophistication scale form completion emails.
Privacy policy updates: If we intend to make changes to our privacy policy which are relevant to, or impact upon, you, or are about fundamental changes to the nature of the processing, we will email you in advance detailing these changes.

Tracking

When we send you emails, we may include a tracking image and web analytics code to allow us to determine the number of people who have interacted with our emails. When you click on a link in an email, we may record this individual response to allow us to customize our offerings to you. This tracking collects only limited information such as webpage viewed, time and date.

We store personal data for as long as we find it necessary to fulfill the purpose for which the personal data was collected, while also considering our need to answer your queries or resolve possible problems, to comply with legal requirements under applicable laws, to attend to any legal claims/complaints, and for safeguarding purposes.

When the personal data that we have collected is no longer required, we will delete it in a secure manner. We may process data for statistical purposes, but in such cases, data will be anonymized.
