Business Development Representative

We provide a full ecosystem of tools to build best-selling stores for personalized products (e.g. photo books, cards, business cards, T-shirts). Printbox is used by tens of millions of users in over 50 countries, and our direct customers are market leaders from around the world.
Our proprietary product management system, advanced AI tools, powerful backend, e-commerce system and web editors help end users around the world easily create and personalize products.

Your tasks
- Representing our Masterpiece AI product in front of customers and business partners
- Actively acquiring new customers and building lasting business relationships
- Analyzing and understanding market needs and customizing product offerings to meet customer requirements
- Preparing and presenting proposals and conducting sales negotiations in English
- Taking initiative and responsibility for planning and implementation of ongoing activities
- Follow up on activities separated from the main Sales team
- You will also take responsibility for typical SDR activities (mapping, outreach, qualification)
- Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to execute the market strategy for Masterpiece AI
This offer is for you if:
- You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- You are independent and able to make the right business decisions
- You have excellent spoken and written English - min. C1 level
- You know how to navigate in a new market and have the ability to identify customer needs
- You have excellent communication skills and are very comfortable in negotiations
- You are professional individual and have a proactive approach to your duties and goals
We offer:
- Salary based on employment contract 6500 - 10000 PLN gross or B2B 7800 - 12000 PLN net + Vat; additionally you can count on bonuses for sales results
- Paid breaks (up to 26 days/year) for B2B contract

- Flexible hours of work (our core hours are 10am - 2pm)
- Workation up to 5 weeks per year after the first year of successful cooperation and workation with reduced working hours after two years
- The equipment you will get from us i.e. a laptop and additional budget for retrofitting home office
- Onboarding stationary from the office in Krakow - the first 5 days of work scheduled so that you can get to know the Team, the style of work and the business domain we deal with
- Company library: access to Printbox Library App, company kindle
- Printbox for All program, under which you will receive a package of options for company shares (Employee Stock Ownership Program)
