That&#8217;s why we have a lot of new features for you this month. A number of people have been asking for several of them for some time. In April, we managed to turn the plans into reality and your stores, editors and administration panels are improved by the following features.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Take a look at all new features, improvements and bug-fixes that happened in April.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #30cd87;\"><strong>Advanced editor options<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Blocking the possibility of changing the order of slides<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We have added the possibility of adding an additional parameter in the product family configuration, which affects the ability of the advanced editor users to change the order of slides or to block them. This feature is especially useful if the order of the slides affects their printing or should be in a predetermined order for other reasons.<\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 900px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><!--[if lt IE 9]><script>document.createElement('video');<\/script><![endif]-->\n<video class=\"wp-video-shortcode\" id=\"video-2485-1\" width=\"900\" height=\"416\" loop=\"1\" autoplay=\"1\" preload=\"metadata\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"video\/mp4\" src=\"https:\/\/getprintbox.com\/blog\/\/app\/uploads\/2018\/04\/slides_blocking.mp4?_=1\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/getprintbox.com\/blog\/\/app\/uploads\/2018\/04\/slides_blocking.mp4\">https:\/\/getprintbox.com\/blog\/\/app\/uploads\/2018\/04\/slides_blocking.mp4<\/a><\/video><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Improved validation process \u2013 highlighting an item that needs to be corrected in the project after clicking the \u201cGo to\u201d option\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>During the validation process, if there are any issues with the project and they concern specific components (e.g. text field outside the project, poor quality photo), then after clicking \u201cGo to\u201d option this component will be properly selected.<\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 900px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><video class=\"wp-video-shortcode\" id=\"video-2485-2\" width=\"900\" height=\"423\" loop=\"1\" autoplay=\"1\" preload=\"metadata\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"video\/mp4\" src=\"https:\/\/getprintbox.com\/blog\/\/app\/uploads\/2018\/04\/goto_option.mp4?_=2\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/getprintbox.com\/blog\/\/app\/uploads\/2018\/04\/goto_option.mp4\">https:\/\/getprintbox.com\/blog\/\/app\/uploads\/2018\/04\/goto_option.mp4<\/a><\/video><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>New feature: ruler tool and guide lines<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We\u2019ve got a new functionality in the advanced editor \u2013 the ruler. Your customers can find it in the \u201cMore\u201d menu. The ruler tool lets you measure distances between images to exactly specify the photo position. Your customers can apply as many guides as they want.<\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 900px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><video class=\"wp-video-shortcode\" id=\"video-2485-3\" width=\"900\" height=\"421\" loop=\"1\" autoplay=\"1\" preload=\"metadata\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"video\/mp4\" src=\"https:\/\/getprintbox.com\/blog\/\/app\/uploads\/2018\/04\/ruler_ok.mp4?_=3\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/getprintbox.com\/blog\/\/app\/uploads\/2018\/04\/ruler_ok.mp4\">https:\/\/getprintbox.com\/blog\/\/app\/uploads\/2018\/04\/ruler_ok.mp4<\/a><\/video><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Drag and drop improvement: several photos at once to the page<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you select a pair of photos in the advanced editor in the left panel and drag them to the slide, they will be dropped all at once and grouped accordingly.<\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 900px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><video class=\"wp-video-shortcode\" id=\"video-2485-4\" width=\"900\" height=\"423\" loop=\"1\" autoplay=\"1\" preload=\"metadata\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"video\/mp4\" src=\"https:\/\/getprintbox.com\/blog\/\/app\/uploads\/2018\/04\/dragging_several_photos.mp4?_=4\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/getprintbox.com\/blog\/\/app\/uploads\/2018\/04\/dragging_several_photos.mp4\">https:\/\/getprintbox.com\/blog\/\/app\/uploads\/2018\/04\/dragging_several_photos.mp4<\/a><\/video><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Shuffle option: rotating layouts on a slide<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We\u2019ve added a new feature (and a button) to the advanced editor: Shuffle. It has three options that allow your customers: to change layouts if there are others available for the same number of photos, to increase the number of photos in layouts or to reduce the number of photos in layouts.<\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 900px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><video class=\"wp-video-shortcode\" id=\"video-2485-5\" width=\"900\" height=\"426\" loop=\"1\" autoplay=\"1\" preload=\"metadata\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"video\/mp4\" src=\"https:\/\/getprintbox.com\/blog\/\/app\/uploads\/2018\/04\/shuffle.mp4?_=5\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/getprintbox.com\/blog\/\/app\/uploads\/2018\/04\/shuffle.mp4\">https:\/\/getprintbox.com\/blog\/\/app\/uploads\/2018\/04\/shuffle.mp4<\/a><\/video><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>The new admin feature: the inner type of the bleed<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In the admin panel, there is a new option available to set the inner bleed. We have unified their operation so that they perform correctly, and it is easier to add new ones on request.<\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 900px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><video class=\"wp-video-shortcode\" id=\"video-2485-6\" width=\"900\" height=\"419\" loop=\"1\" autoplay=\"1\" preload=\"metadata\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"video\/mp4\" src=\"https:\/\/getprintbox.com\/blog\/\/app\/uploads\/2018\/04\/sticky_elements.mp4?_=6\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/getprintbox.com\/blog\/\/app\/uploads\/2018\/04\/sticky_elements.mp4\">https:\/\/getprintbox.com\/blog\/\/app\/uploads\/2018\/04\/sticky_elements.mp4<\/a><\/video><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>New engine to create custom components<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We\u2019ve created a new, flexible component that allows us to create custom elements in the buying path, without having to create a separate range of components on the list. This way there will be an unlimited number of options to show, for example, attribute values on the product card.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #30cd87;\"><strong>\u00a0Mobile features<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Autofill and smart crop options in responsive versions of advanced editors<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We\u2019ve added an option to use autofill in the responsive view of the advanced editor on mobile devices. This makes the process of designing products even faster and mobile-friendly.<\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 900px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><video class=\"wp-video-shortcode\" id=\"video-2485-7\" width=\"900\" height=\"639\" loop=\"1\" autoplay=\"1\" preload=\"metadata\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"video\/mp4\" src=\"https:\/\/getprintbox.com\/blog\/\/app\/uploads\/2018\/04\/autofill_mobile.mp4?_=7\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/getprintbox.com\/blog\/\/app\/uploads\/2018\/04\/autofill_mobile.mp4\">https:\/\/getprintbox.com\/blog\/\/app\/uploads\/2018\/04\/autofill_mobile.mp4<\/a><\/video><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Order history in the mobile app\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We have added an order history view to users account in the native mobile app. It enables your customers to check their statuses, additional information and to make payments again if an error has previously occurred.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Low-quality photo warning in the mobile app <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We\u2019ve added a mechanism that displays warnings when the image is of too low-quality. Your customers might find this feature helpful, and we think you will also appreciate this.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #30cd87;\"><strong>Several bug-fixes<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>We\u2019ve fixed a bug related to blocking the possibility of component editing after saving the layout in the admin editor.<\/li>\n<li>We\u2019ve fixed changing the size of the displayed product in the editor when changing the theme.<\/li>\n<li>The \u201cShow bleeds\u201d option doesn\u2019t disappear after changing the theme in the editor.<\/li>\n<li>We\u2019ve corrected the prints editor issue with the orientation.
