This can include questions such as \u201cHow can I add clipart to my design?\u201d or \u201cHow can I upload photos from Instagram?\u201d that directly anticipate and resolve your customers\u2019 needs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Whichever option you choose, be sure to keep your text short and use screenshots where possible. Show, don\u2019t tell. To make it more interesting, you can also create infographics. There are many web applications that provide pre-built designs or templates, so you can just add your own words and images.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_GIFs\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #2fd28e;\">2. GIFs<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">When it comes to showing users how to do something, GIFs are more engaging and perform better than simple text and photos. They might seem more difficult at first, but creating GIFs is just as easy as taking screenshots.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Most screen capturing plugins, as mentioned earlier, have a feature that enables you to make videos. They don\u2019t all let you save in a .gif format, but you can always convert these files online (such as from <a href=\"https:\/\/cloudconvert.com\/\">here<\/a>) and the process takes seconds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">When making GIFs, be sure to keep them short and to the point. Don\u2019t over do it.
