In 2018, traditional live chat features might not do the job. According to Hubspot, \u201c40% of consumers do not care whether a chatbot or a real human helps them, as long as they are getting the help they need\u201d. Most likely, you don\u2019t need sales support staff waiting 24\/7 to deliver such messages.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This year, Facebook added a chatbot feature within its Messenger app. With the help of a programmer, you can create a bot that answers basic questions and helps your customers find what they\u2019re looking for.
